Remember to call our office if you will not
need meals for a day.

If you are
not at home the meal cannot be left, no exceptions.

Our drivers will usually be to your
home about the same time each day, but delays can occur with
substitute drivers, new drivers, weather and kitchen problems.
Your patience is appreciated.

Keep you walk free from snow & ice
for our drivers.

Please
keep dogs leashed.

If you aren't going to eat the hot
meal right away, refrigerate and re-heat when ready. The
containers can be reheated in the oven or microwave.

The frozen meals should be
kept in the freezer until ready to use.

Liquid supplements taste better
chilled. If you open one, store it in the refrigerator.

If there is a problem with your meal
or your delivery service, please let us know by calling our office.
